Synopsis

Andreas Brendt is a German surfer and author, born in Cologne. He studied economics and sports science in Cologne, working as a surf instructor to help fund his studies and later managing what was described as Germany's largest surf camp, based in France. He served as a coach for the German national surfing team at the World Surfing Games in 2009 (Portugal) and 2011 (Peru), and works today as a vocational school teacher in Cologne.
