Synopsis

Encouraged by Fukiishi to stand up for himself, Seiichi finally rebels against his mother Seiko, telling her he doesn't need her — the first defiant act of his young life. Fukiishi offers him sanctuary in her room, away from her own father and from his parents' watchful eyes.

As Seiichi fumbles toward a first, tentative sexual awakening, his mother's presence is never far from his mind. Shuzo Oshimi's psychological horror continues to trace Seiichi's tangled emotions as he tries to escape Seiko's control while his feelings for Fukiishi develop — even as Seiko's desperate search for her missing son leads her to Fukiishi's door.
