Synopsis

Middle schooler Seiichi Osabe is still reeling from his mother's chokehold and the violence of recent months. As his fear and anger boil over, he begins to find his voice again through a tentative romance with his classmate Fukiishi. But the tenderness it offers is threatened almost immediately by his mother's obsessive jealousy, forcing Seiichi toward a choice that could upend his entire world.
