Synopsis

In college, Banner Morales and Jared Foster were sharp-elbowed rivals in the same sports-management program — and almost something more, until one charged, promising night ended in disaster and sent them spinning in opposite directions. Years later they are both formidable NBA agents, forced back into each other's orbit with all that old heat now soured into resentment.

Jared has built a career on never taking no for an answer, and he's certain Banner is still thinking about him. Banner, who has clawed out success in a business run by men like Jared, has learned exactly when to call the shots — and when to block them. But the pull between them refuses to die.

The second novel in Kennedy Ryan's HOOPS series, Block Shot is a smart, sexy enemies-to-lovers second-chance romance told in both their voices — a story about ambition, pride, and the risk of trusting the one person who once broke your heart.
