Rachel Higginson is a best-selling author of contemporary romance, fantasy and paranormal fiction, known for The Star-Crossed Series, The Five Stages of Falling in Love, Every Wrong Reason, Bet on Us and The Opposite of You. She was born and raised in Nebraska, spent her college years traveling — falling in love with Eastern Europe, Paris, Indian food and the beaches of Sri Lanka — then returned home to marry her high school sweetheart. She now spends her days writing and raising five children.
