Synopsis

Born in Philadelphia at the same moment Voyager 1 launches, Adina Giorno is a child of unusual perception, aware of her origins on a distant planet. Through a fax machine, she communicates with her extraterrestrial family, sending reports on the strange joys and terrors of human life. As Adina navigates her existence among Earthlings, she grapples with feeling like an exile in her own home. When a friend encourages her to share her unique perspective, Adina wonders if she might finally find connection.
