Synopsis

Asgardians of the Galaxy #5, written by Cullen Bunn with art by Matteo Lolli, is the fifth issue of Marvel Comics' 2018 series and the finale of its debut arc, 'The Infinity Armada.' It gathers a team of Asgardian gods and cosmic outcasts, Angela, Valkyrie, Skurge the Executioner, Throg, Thunderstrike, and a Destroyer piloted by Kid Loki, against the villain Nebula.

In this concluding chapter, the team battles Nebula's armada for the fate of Earth while grappling with betrayal, the undead, and Kid Loki's uncertain loyalties. Bunn draws on classic Thor cosmic sagas and the irreverent tone of modern Marvel space adventure to close out the story.
