An Unexpected Hero

Danny Kendrick is a down-on-his-luck performer who has never found his place and never wanted to be a hero; he just wants to make a living doing what he loves. After he crosses the wrong person, he’s yanked out of his ordinary life and dropped into a fantasy realm that feels lifted straight from a Renaissance fair, complete with axe-wielding barbarians, dangerous elf assassins, and unfamiliar magic.
