Alpha's Prize
Alpha's Prize continues Renee Rose and Lee Savino's Bad Boy Alphas series, a paranormal shifter romance built around fated-mate and possessive-alpha tropes. The hero didn't order the capture of the American she-wolf brought into his territory, but when he's shut in with her during a full moon, wolf instinct overrides intention — he claims and marks her before either of them has fully consented to what that means.
What follows is the fallout of that claiming: a heroine navigating an unplanned, permanent bond with a mate she didn't choose, and an alpha forced to reckon with what he's done and whether he can make it right. As with the series overall, pack hierarchy and territorial conflict run alongside the central romance.
This is an explicit paranormal romance dealing with dubious-consent shifter tropes (claiming under mating-instinct compulsion) rather than a conventional courtship, in keeping with the rest of the Bad Boy Alphas series.
