Synopsis
In 2030, Peter Holman, a freelance 'sweepcaster' documenting experiences through a multisensory interface, finds himself uniquely positioned to witness the arrival of the S'hudonni aliens. These aliens offer advanced science in exchange for Earth's resources, but their intentions are not as benevolent as they seem. As Peter navigates a budding romance with a S'hudonni liaison who is engaged to his brother, he uncovers a secret war among the aliens and dark truths about his own family. He must then try to salvage his life and Earth's future from the unfolding deception.
