Synopsis

This true crime account delves into the disturbing life of Eli Stutzman, an Amish man who abandoned his religious community after his wife's suspicious death. He embarked on a spree of casual gay sex and murder, leaving authorities unsure of the full extent of his crimes, including the possible murder of his own son. Despite convictions and strong suspicions, Stutzman maintained his innocence, experienced amnesia, and found God, all while negotiating for movie rights and retaining a surprising group of supporters.
