Christi Caldwell is a USA Today bestselling author of historical romance, including the Sinful Brides and Heart of a Duke series. A former high school history teacher, she began writing romance while in graduate school at the University of Connecticut, inspired by Judith McNaught's "Whitney, My Love," and published her debut, "Forever Betrothed, Never the Bride," in 2013. She lives in Charlotte, North Carolina, with her husband and three children.
