Synopsis

In 1850s London, Mary Quinn, a young orphan and thief, is saved from the gallows and offered a unique opportunity. She joins Miss Scrimshaw's Academy for Girls, where she is trained to be part of an all-female investigative unit known as The Agency. At seventeen, Mary goes undercover in a wealthy merchant's home, tasked with finding his missing cargo ships.
