Synopsis

Annabelle Worthington's privileged New York life is shattered by the sinking of the Titanic in 1912. Driven by grief, she finds purpose in nursing, which leads her to medicine. After a difficult marriage and undeserved scandal, Annabelle flees to war-torn France, where she becomes an ambulance medic on the front lines.
