Matt Shaw is a British author from the south of England, best known for extreme horror and splatterpunk fiction published under his own imprint, Matt Shaw Publications, and its "Black Cover" range. A three-time Splatterpunk Award nominee, his novels — including 9 Months, Don't Read, and Porn — are marked by graphic, transgressive content, and he has also written and directed horror feature films.
