Synopsis

Ed, Al, and Winry return to Central Command only to find tragedy: Lieutenant Colonel Maes Hughes has been murdered, and Second Lieutenant Maria Ross is the prime suspect. As Maria faces an uncertain future, a dangerous serial killer escapes military custody, forcing the mysterious Homunculi to emerge from the shadows to contain the chaos. For Colonel Mustang, Hughes's best friend, the pursuit of justice quickly turns into a quest for revenge.
