52 Pick-Up
Synopsis
A gritty noir tale of blackmail, betrayal, and a desperate man's fight to protect his family and his reputation. When a gang of low-level criminals obtain a tape of him with a stripper, businessman Harry Mitchell is forced into a deadly game of wits against the men who hold his life in their hands.
Based on Elmore Leonard's acclaimed novel, the story is told through a series of tense, morally ambiguous chapters that build toward a final confrontation. Told with the sharp, unsentimental voice of a master of the crime genre, 52 Pick-Up is a study of desperation, loyalty, and the cost of silence.
