Synopsis
In a dystopian future where the Earth's population is strictly capped and every birth requires a trade-in of another life, Edward K. Wehling, Jr. sits in a Chicago hospital with no receipts for his triplet children. As the law dictates that no newborn may live without a trade, he must decide whether to let them die or find a way to save them.
