Wiz

William "Wiz" Zumwalt, a computer programmer, is pulled from Earth into a world where magic works — and finds he can treat spells like code. Beginning with Wizard's Bane, he builds a growing "library" of programmed magic across four more novels, contending with rival wizards, dragons, and eventually consulting work of his own, as comic fantasy meets software logic.
