Frequently asked questions
What is the correct reading order for the Skandar series?
The books in the Skandar series should be read in publication order, starting with "Skandar and the Unicorn Thief," followed by "Skandar and the Phantom Rider," and then "Skandar and the Spirit War." Each book builds directly on the previous one's plot and character development.
Is there a movie or TV adaptation of the Skandar series?
A film adaptation of "Skandar and the Unicorn Thief" is currently in development with Sony Pictures. Details about its release or further adaptations for the series are not yet public.
What makes the Skandar series unique among fantasy books?
The series offers a fresh take on unicorns, portraying them not as gentle creatures but as fierce, elemental beings that bond with riders through a magical hatching process. This darker, more dangerous depiction sets it apart from many other unicorn-centric stories.
