Prophecy

Prophecy (Yokokuhan) is a three-part techno-thriller by Tetsuya Tsutsui, serialized in Shueisha's Jump X from 2011 to 2013 and published in English by Vertical Comics. A masked man who calls himself Paperboy posts videos foretelling crimes against people the public loves to hate, then carries them out — as Inspector Erika Yoshinaga's newly formed Cyber Crime Division races to unmask him before his online following hardens into a movement. It was adapted into a live-action film and a television drama in 2015.
