Detective Comics - Batman: Nuevo Universo DC #3The series generally follows the publication order, but it is part of the larger New 52 initiative, so some storylines connect with other Batman family titles from that era. For a complete understanding of the overarching narrative, consulting a New 52 Batman reading guide can be helpful.
This series is a foundational part of DC Comics' New 52 relaunch, meaning its events and characters are deeply integrated with other New 52 titles, particularly those within the Batman family of comics. Crossovers and shared plotlines are common throughout the run.
Tony S. Daniel was a prominent writer and artist for the initial issues, establishing much of the series' early direction. Later, Francis Manapul and Brian Buccellato took over, bringing a distinct artistic and storytelling style to the title.
